Accessibility Statement
We want everyone to be able to use RIGN, from the guest reading our site to the server ringing in a table and the manager running payroll.
Our goal
We aim for our website and apps to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. That is a goal we're working toward, not a claim that we've been independently audited or that every part of RIGN conforms today.
What we do
- Use semantic HTML, labeled controls and visible keyboard focus, with a “skip to content” link on our website.
- Support the operating system's reduced-motion setting: the getrign.com intro animation is skipped when it's on, and the intro can always be skipped with a button or the Esc key.
- Offer light and dark themes and design for strong color contrast.
- Size touch targets on registers, kitchen screens and phones so they're easy to tap.
- Support browser zoom and text resizing without losing content.
- Test on phone, tablet and desktop screen sizes.
Known limitations
- The animated intro and some product images on getrign.com are decorative; their information is also given in text.
- Drag-and-drop scheduling and the floor map are visual. Scheduling also offers a “Move to” option that doesn't need dragging.
- Some Venue Control screens show TV and audio layouts as maps that we're still improving for screen readers.
Tell us about a barrier
If something in RIGN is hard to use with your device, browser or assistive technology, email legal@getrign.com with the page or screen, what you were trying to do, and the technology you use. We aim to reply within 5 business days and will work with you on a fix or another way to get what you need.
